Coaching leaders and teams through movement
What the body understands, the mind understands.
I work on what your company is facing right now: trust in the team, negotiation, calm under pressure. Not through a lecture, but through exercises from Tai Chi and Wing Chun, in which the body recognises when the path is right and when it is not.

What I solve
Not a Tai Chi class. Training for what is burning right now.
Every engagement starts with a problem, not an exercise. We name it together, and I build the exercises that make it visible in the body.
Trust and communication
People stop listening and everyone pulls their own way. In a pair, when one leads and the other responds, the body shows at once who is listening and who is pushing.
Negotiating without force
Negotiation turns into a shoving match. Pushing hands teaches you to receive force, stay in contact with it, and act only when the space opens.
Calm under pressure
Decisions under stress and a mind that won't switch off. The Wu Ji state, relaxation without collapse, gives firmness without rigidity.
How I work
From the problem to understanding in the body
The body learns faster than the mind. Once someone has felt that pressure on a partner creates resistance and a light impulse creates cooperation, no presentation on communication will explain it better.
- ConversationWith leadership, or with you, we name what needs to change: negotiation, trust, calm, leading people.
- Tailored planI design a series of analogous exercises that translate the problem into movement.
- The body experiences itIn pairs and in movement, the body recognises when the path is right and when it is not. No theory, directly.
- Back to workAfter each exercise we find together where you meet the same thing at work and what you will do differently.
My tools
Three paths to the same place
I choose the tool according to what you need to understand. Often I combine them.
Tai Chi
Rooting, breath and pushing hands. How to receive force instead of fighting it. Wu Wei in practice.
Wing Chun
Sensitivity, timing and the shortest path. 來留去送,甩手直衝: receive what comes, escort what leaves, and when the line opens, go straight in.
Dance leading
Clear intent, a light impulse and room for the partner. The fastest school of leading people and of trust.
Who can make muddy water clear? Leave it still, and it clears by itself.
Tao Te Ching, chapter 15
The mind works the same way. Good action needs a clear head, and a clear head needs stillness. The Taoists call this Wu Wei: acting without unnecessary effort, at the right moment.

About
The negotiating table and the dance floor
I have spent most of my professional life where people negotiate, sell and decide under pressure, in Slovakia and in the Gulf. Alongside it, 24 years on the dance floor and 9 years of Wing Chun and Tai Chi. Both worlds taught me the same thing: the best decisions come not from tension, but from balance and calm.
years in Latin American dance, Slovak junior champion
years of Wing Chun and Tai Chi under the personal guidance of masters
and international business experience
