Where do sessions take place?
At your home, office or company in Bratislava and the surrounding area, for example in Senec, Ivanka pri Dunaji, Bernolákovo, Rovinka, Dunajská Lužná and Šamorín. Roughly 3 × 3 metres of space is enough.
How much does a private Tai Chi or dance lesson cost?
A single session costs €80 for 60 minutes at your place. Within a programme, a session works out at €70 to €75.
Do I need experience or fitness?
No. The programmes are designed for complete beginners too, and the pace adapts to you.
What is the Wu Ji first meeting?
60 minutes in which I get to know your goals, look at your posture and breathing, and propose a programme. Wu Ji is the state of relaxation without collapse from which every Tai Chi movement begins. The €80 fee is deducted from your programme.
Is Wing Chun self-defence?
The way I teach it, it is training in balance, coordination and reflexes. The martial side remains, but the goal is calm and focus, not fighting.
Do you teach in English?
Yes. All programmes for adults and companies are available in English and Slovak.
How do I cancel or reschedule a session?
You can move a session up to 24 hours in advance. A programme is valid for 4 months from the first session.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. Invoices are issued by Jozef Herák – JDH, Company ID (IČO) 44537875. I am not registered for VAT, so prices are final.
How do I pay?
Programmes are paid in advance by bank transfer against an invoice.
